    As President and co-owner of Honda of Wesley Chapel , Mr. Ernst has been in the retail Automotive business for over 26 years , From lot porter , Salesmen of the year  4 consecutive years , F&I Director for over 11 years , General sales manager  5 years and General Manager for 6 years . He says our direction is that of the customers as well as having great customer relations, great corporate citizenship and having great employee relations.  He also has a good family background with his 2 wonderful sons who keep him on the go. His education goes all the way through college at Old Dominion University and is originally from the Tidewater area of Virginia.

    Doug Todd, General Sales Manager, has more than 22 years of progressively responsible experience leading high volume automotive sales. He has experience in growing employee relations and customer satisfaction, joint ventures and other partnerships.

    Doug spent 3 years as a Salesperson, 4 years as a Business Manager, 6 years as a Pre-owned Manager and 9 years as General Sales Manager in a variety of Franchises, including management training, and customer services. Among his previous positions, Doug served in the United States Army as a Personnel Administrator responsible for 500 soldiers. Handling personnel count, payroll and training.

    Native Floridian Born and Raised in South Florida. Second generation automotive. Two sisters also in the automotive field in the Nashville area and Atlanta. I worked for my father in the automotive field, in Miami, off and on starting from the bottom and working just about every job in the dealership except turning a wrench and believe me you don't want that. After graduating from college I attended GMI (General Motor Institute), in Flint MI under the DMD program. (Dealer Management Development). After working for my father for several years who eventually became a Dealer through MHM (Motor Holding Division), an accounting firming offered be a position with a large automotive group in Fort Lauderdale (Morse Operations Inc.) which was a very good opportunity. While working for this Automotive Group for a few years and hearing about a new car line that very rarely happens, with no negotiating and priced competitively I wanted to be a part of it. I eventually was one of the first twenty five General Managers in the county to open a Saturn Dealership (Delray Beach, Fl). Owned by Morse Operations, Inc. After a few of years with Saturn, I married and eventually had two sons and relocated to the West Coast of Florida when the company was acquisitioning franchises (Multi-point franchise) in the Tampa Bay area and they sold the Saturn dealerships on the east coast. After several years in the Tampa area I was offered a position back in the Palm Beach area for a high volume very successful franchise (Braman Honda of Palm Beach). Basically I am an all around automotive person. I have detailed vehicles, stocked and worked the back counter of parts, wrote service, sold cars, desk deals and managed dealerships. However my comfort zone that I do best is accounting which I enjoy the most.

    Michael Acord knows how to roll up his sleeves to get things done-whether the job is tweaking something on his Yamaha Raider or providing excellent customer service to one of Honda of Wesley Chapel's clients.  Michael serves as the sales manager for Honda of Wesley Chapel's Internet sales program.

    His hands-on internet management experience and enthusiasm shows in his department's success over the past year. A graduate of the University of Tennessee and US Army veteran, Michael has been in the automobile industry for 3 years.

    Originally from Pennsylvania, now residing in the Tampa area; Michael and his wife Melissa have come to think of Wesley Chapel as their home.      In his leisure time, Michael creates and manages online web communities and loves to watch classic Abbot and Costello movies and old school Universal Monster movies.

    Joe Sabb, Finance Manager, has more than 8 years in the automotive business.  Joe has worked his way through the ranks, starting out as a Sales Professional to a Floor Manager and now as a Finance Manager.

    Joe has experience in the developing of sales process and management, staff scheduling effectiveness, inventory control and management, in addition to his extensive background in employee and customer relations.

    Among his previous experiences, Joe served on Active duty in the United States Army, and has completed his degree in Criminal Justice. Before coming to Honda of Wesley Chapel, Joe worked several years for the State of Florida, in the capacity of a Corrections Officer.

    Johnny Cabezuda has been in the automotive industry for 25 years. He began his career as a certified technician and quickly began to progress in the industry. He has been a Service Director for 10 years and since then has been shaping the Service Department with his renowned leadership abilities. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers makes Honda of Wesley Chapel proud to recognize Johnny Cabezudaas our Service Director.

    Roy Reyes has been in the Honda parts business for over 30 years in the Tampa bay area. Ray has had the pleasure of serving some of the finest Honda customers in the bay area.

    With experience in both the retail and the wholesale parts business, Ray has the knowledge and the experience to help you choose the right accessory for your new or pre-owned Honda. 

    Ray has been past president, numerous terms, of the Honda Parts and Service Managers Association. Ray has been very involved in the Tampa bay community, as a member of the Tampa Rough Riders which is a social and community involved organization.
